Accounts Receivable Associate

Hourly Pay: $20-$22/HR

Our client in Decatur is seeking a Contract to Hire AR Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Handle all accounts receivable inquiries from customers and sales representatives as requested
• Review receivables aging reports for customers out of terms and initiate collection activity via calls, emails, data uploads, and other methods
• Provide customer statements as directed by management
• Distribute invoices and aging reports as needed
• Reconcile customer accounts and research discrepancies
• Export, analyze, and organize financial data using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong data management and analytical skills
• Experience in the wholesale food distribution industry
• Familiarity with high-volume AR environments
